Please be advised that the5th meeting of the 8th Supervisory Committee of Bingshan

Refrigeration& Heat Transfer Technologies Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the Company) was
held at the meeting room on the 3rdfloor of the Company onApril 16, 2020.All 3 supervisors

attended the meeting. The meeting was presided over by Mr. Hu Xitang, the Chairman of the

Supervisory Committee. The following resolutions were examined and adopted at the meeting:

I. 2019 Work Report of the Supervisory Committee;

II. Report on the supervisor candidate for the 8th board of shareholders represent supervisor
of the Company;

III. Review Opinion on the Company’s 2019 Annual Report and Quarterly Report for 1st
Quarter of 2020;

With 3 votes for, 0 vote against and 0 vote as abstention.

IV. Comment on the 2019 self-evaluation report for internal control of the Company;

With 3 votes for, 0 vote against and 0 vote as abstention.

V. Comment on the 2019 social responsibility report of the Company;

VI. Comment on withdrawing provisions for devaluation of assets.
