1.1 The Board of Directors of Chongqing Changan Automobile Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred
to as “the Company”) and the directors guarantee that the information contained in this
report is free of false records, misguiding statements or significant omissions, and
assume individual and joint liabilities for the truthfulness, accuracy and integrity of the
report.
1.2 There are no directors of Board who are unable to agree the truthfulness, accuracy,
completeness or disagreement on the content of the semiannual financial report.
